I believe I will not do any thing in {Asclepias}
& {Euphorbiae} now, before having gone
through Cuscutae — but if you want
at any specified time, I hope you will say so
and I shall try to be ready x1

Letters and parcels shall be send
as you direct.

I hope you will send me sheets of Pl.
Wrightianae also, when printed — or have
then sent, when you are absent.

What is Carey doing? By and by
I shall make out a Coll. of some Pl. Lindh.
& Fendl. for him of which there are
supernumerary duplicates. —

So Wright has found Wislzenus from the Rio Grande
May be the same as the fragmentary
specimens of Wislizenus from there,
— if so, it is very different from Lindheimer
fruit small — etc

x1 I see from your letter you want
it in September in London. Well!

Will Torrey work out Nyctaginia?
if so, I will send him those of
Wislizenus — if not, I will
describe the 3 or 4 new species
myself — 2 of 3 flowered Mirabilis
(quam oclidium) s. Allionia (New Mexico)
1 Abronia, 1 Tripterocalyx and a new
genus? from Cosiquiriachi

I write again before you leave
Very truly yours
G Engelmann
