28 Literary Miscellany State of New Hamp, Hillsboroughs. To the Sheriff of the said County of H his underShff or Depy Greeting Whereas AB, CD& EF all of _ & for the year _ were duly chosen and qualified according to law to discharge the office of Select men in said Town who made a list of rates or assessment upon the Inhs. of said Town according to law for the use of the Town aforesaid for the year aforesaid the said bill amounting in the whole to the sum of _ £ _ lawful money and the said Select men committed the said list under their hands and seals affixed to a Warrant to said list annexed in due form unto DS. of P. [?] their {?] table for the year aforesaid and Collector of said list for said year chosen & sworn in due form to collect the same sum from each person therein named as was affixed
