I have not had the favr. [favor] of a line from you since your
departure from hence but have had the pleasure of hearing you are restor'd to a
good measure of health, Mr. John Winnett shut up soon after you left us,
his Estate s now in the hands of Assignees, what he will pay, & when is yet
uncertain. youl not forget to forward a Certificate to cancell the naval Office
Bond, indeed (as I expected it long since) fear it may be miscarry'd, that being the
case please to forward a Duplicate. should this be handed you by Mr. Poree
or should he fall in your way any Civilities you shew him will be acknow
ledged as Conferd on
