The Mr. Webbs were here this eve
at dusk, and he has taken the
option out on grr., (?), land for
$20.00 for 68 days for us, and
he wanted to know if I wanted
to let Andy, Surrey, & Aw go
at $200.00 on the deal, that
the "widow" wanted to know
for she had a buyer for
the horse & Mr. Webb, Senior will
buy "Daisy Bell," or they will take both horse
& cow & keep for us and come
down oncea wk. [week] or oftener to
look after the place.

Mr. W. just got a contract for
5r. house & auto house and a
contract for bridge & had just
ordered 60 packs of cement of glass.
All his work, so far, is in
Sierra Madre.

They have ordered their
goods to be shipped down
from their ranch up North,
so they will settle things as
long as work keeps up.
