At office in rain 9¹⁰ am working on Comr's. af and recording orders Dinner thro noon and then to Ft Worth Bk and dentists and office 3⁰⁵ pm Home 6³⁰ pm

Mrs Howard left for home before me Mame and I got up. Rode to office in rain. Dinner and back to my office and finished up on W.

Mame came to office in the rain to my astonishment Went home with her at 7 pm Heavy rain all day & at night

Friday, June 30, 1899

office in the rain 9¹⁵ am. P. Ward of Cleburne atty spent morning at my office

At Ft Worth Bk at 12 am and told Harding I was going to take bankrupt acts. He was not at all pleased Dinner. Office 1 pm and Drove back down town and swore to [afs in trs] &c and with Ward to C K Bell's office then my office. Sun came out at 4 pm Walked home 7¹⁵ pm.
