Whereas,heretofore to-wit: on Sept. 7th, 1900 a resolution was
submitted by the Finance Committee and was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth with reference to the execution of
quit claim deeds by the Mayor and City Secretary and prescribing
the conditions and terms upon which the same should be executed
in releasing property which had been sold for taxes and bid in for
the City of Fort Worth, which resolution appears of record on Book P
page 281 of the minutes of the proceedings of the City Council of
the City of Fort Worth and;

Whereas, it is the judgment of the Board of Commissioners
that said resolution should not be in effect and force.

It is therefore hereby ordered that said resolutions be and
the same is hereby in all respects rescinded, set aside and vacated.
