Know all men by these presents. That I C. J. Gambrell in consideration of One Dollar to me in hand this day paid by F. W. Axtell receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby give said F. W. Axtell an option for ninety sixty days on my homestead property situated in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., Texas. Being Lots No. 5 & 6 Block Land, 500 Addition to City of Fort Worth, size of lots 78½ x 125 feet, together, Contract price for same is $7,500.00 Cash.

Mr. Gambrell reserving all improvements therein and to leave 90 days after deed is passed in which to remove the same. The tenants to be undisturbed till the houses are removed. And Mrs. Gambrell to be relieved of all taxes on said lots for the year 1906.

Know all men by these presents that, I, Mrs. Annie Flanner for and in consideration of $1.00 to me this day paid by F. W. Axtell the receipt of which is hereby acknowledg ed, have this day given to said F. W. Axtell an option for 90 days for the purchase of my property situated in Land 500 in the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County Texas, being lot No. 5 & 6 in said block. The contract price is $5000, cash, in with the improvements and the said Mrs. Flanner is to have 90 days after deed is pass ed to remove said improvements, and is to be relieved of all taxes on said lots for the year 1906.

Know all men by these presents. That I W. R. Kirby in consideration of 1.00 to me in hand this day paid by F. W. Axtell receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby give said F. W. Axtell on option for ninety days on my homestead situated in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., Texas. Being Lot No. 75 x 123 feet in Block Land No. 500 Fronting East on Bluff St. Addition to City of Fort Worth, size of lot Contract price for same is $2400.00 without the improvements.

This option is given for the purpose of ordering the City in serving gravel for a market square.

I will exchange 36 x 100 feet Land, 500 without improvements for 32 x 125 in Land 500 same being property known as marklee property including improvements on 30 x 125 feet. Provided all property between said places are put in condition for a square-leveled etc. and market house constructed on ground now used as a public square and a difference in cash of $550.00
