Fort Worth, Texas, October 15th, '06.

To the Hon. Mayor and City Council of Fort Worth:---

We, your committee, to whom was referred a proposition
of the Fort Worth Market Company, which is hereto attached and is
self explanitory, beg leave to report that in our opinion the
proposition of said Market Company be accepted and that the City
Attorney be instructed to draw proper ordinances as indicated in
said proposition of said Fort Worth Market Company and that may be
necessary to carry out and make effective such proposition for the
establishment of a Market House in the city of Fort Worth.

We further recommend that the mayor and Public Grounds
Committee be, and they are hereby instructed to purchase additional
grounds for the purpose of establishing such Market House and adjacent
to the grounds now owned by said Market House Company in order that the
proposition of said Market House Company may be fully carried out
in all respects.
