Whereas it is Common
knowledge of all that
the hackmen of Fort
Worth are not obeying
the ordinance of the city
of Fort worth regulating
the prices to be charged
by the public hacks
of Fort worth; therefore
be it.

Resolved that the chief
of police be hereby
instructed to enforce
this ordinance
