To The Hon. Mayor & City Council of the City of Fort Worth.

Gentlemen:-

We the members of W. M. Baright Lodge No 35,
Royal Achates of this city, petition your honorable body to grant us
free use of the City Hall Auditorium on the 6th, & 7th of September,
on which dates the district convention of our order consisting of New
Mexico, Indian Territory, Oklahoma and Texas will convene, and it is
the only hall large enough to accomodate our business sessions.
