To the Honorable City Council of the City of Fort Worth:

We, the under-signed property owners on El Paso Street,between Sum-
mit Avenue and Lake Street, hereby respectfully request that your hon-
orable body constitute said section of El Paso Street,and abutting prop-
erty thereon, into an Improvement District for the purpose of paving same
with brick as provided in Section 63 of the Amended City Charter, and
that you designate the boundaries of the property along said section of
said Street which shall form said district.
