separately, that is to say, we have each rendered and paid on $500 each

The only taxes now justly due against any of the members of
the firm is for the rendition made for 1903 by F.E.Dycus for $1000
as it is not shown that either F.E.Dycus or Geo. E.Miller paid any
taxes for that year on the library and furniture. The said A.L.Mat-
lock paid on the valuation of $500 on said property.

Wherefore, your petitioners request that they be relieved of
the payment of taxes and costs for the year 1902 and that they only
be required to pay the taxes due and reasonable costs for the
year 1903.
