notice, yet at the same time I might not do so, in which event more
than one-half of the judgment would have now been paid out in cash
without avail.

Under the circumstances, I would recommend as above set out, but
would ask the careful consideration of the council and that they be
guided by their own best judgment, as it is one of the cases in which
the attorney feels that only the client can satisfactorily pass upon
the question involved.
