Hon. The Mayor and City Council, Ft. Worth, Texas.
Gentlemen:
In the matter of attached communication from The Arlington Heights Traction Co. we have the honor to report.
That after a thorough examination of conditions existing on the street lying in front of the Carnegie Library, known as Carnegie Place, we have decided to recommend that the interest of the public will be best served by ordering the street car track constructed on the middle line of said street, following as nearly as possible the curb curvatures of both sides of the street.
Respectfully,
W. D. Harris Mayor.
