Whereas municipal government under a commission has proven an undoubted success in the several cities of Texas Where same has been tried.
Resolved that we the city council of the city of Fort Worth hereby earnestly request our representatives in the next legislature to secure such an amendment to our city charter as will place this city under a commission instead of under a Board of Alderman
