Gentlemen:-

It has been brought to my attention that there is a great amount of
trash underneath the North approach of the Jennings Ave. Viaduct, partly put there
by the city, and partly by the Burris Milling Co.

I respectfully recommend that the City Engineer and Street Commissioner be
instructed to remove what waste is due to city work, and that the Milling Co. be
instructed to at once remove their debris.
