We the undersigned owning and using property adjoining and near to lot 1 Block 2 to The City of Fort Worth have no objection and are perfectly willing that W. F. Helmcamp erect a corrugated iron building on the above lot. This May 18th 1905.

To the Hon. Mayor and City Counsel of The City of Fort Worth
L. W. H. Helmcamp, represent to your honorable body that I am a resident citizen of Fort Worth and have been for a long time That for a livelihood I am nor have been engaged in the food and fuel business. I have possession and desire to use in my business lot 1 block 2 of the city situated at the intersection of Belknap & Rusk streets. To do so it is necessary to build a one story corragated iron building thereon. This lot is situated fifty and more feet from any buildings so far away and so situated that risk from fire to such buildings is extemely small. that I have the written consent of contiguous owners and renters to erect said corrugated iton building and attach same hereto as a part of this application. Wherefore I petition your Hon. Body to grant me permission to erect the above corrugated iron building.

TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:
Now comes the Gulf Colorado & Santa Fe Railway Company and prays your Honorable body to grant it the right of way and right to construct two side tracks or switches from a connection with its mail line just south of Hawthorne Avenue and across aid Hawthorn Avenue in a northerly direction so as to extend said two tracks onto the east one half of block fourteen (14) of Patillo's addition to the City of Fort Worth
Your petitioner shows that it desires to construct said tracks to provide track and shipping facilities for the Dazey-Moore Grain Company which is now constructing an elevator on the said seat one half of block 14 and it (Land Grain Co.) desires the said switches and said tracks laid on each side of its said elevator.
Your petitioner attaches hereto a blue print of the tracks in question, showing the location of the elevator and the general location or the direction of the tracks proposed and desired to be built.
