Upon request of Chairman St. & Alley
Committee - I have run the lines of Harding &
E. 4th Sts. so as to determine the encroachments of
abutting property owners - upon said streets.

The attached plat - showing that the N 1/2 of 3.25
ft. is onto Harding St. 5.6 ft. - The S. 1/2 of same 3.7 ft. onto
Harding St. - and 21.0 ft. onto E. 4th St. correctly
represents the situation.
