BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:

That the City Engineer be instructed to enter into a contract with
L. J. Hawkins for the grading and gravelling of that part of Lipscomb
Street lying between the south line of Terrell Avenue and the north line
of Myrtle Magnolia Street in accordance with the ordinance providing for the grad-
ing and gravelling of same at a cost not to exceed sixty cents per running
foot.
