TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FT. WORTH, TEXAS.

GENTLEMEN, -

At the intersection of east 12th. and Steadman
streets there is a ditch which renders it impossible for wagons
and vehicles to pass. We the underground citizens owning prop-
erty in that vicinity desire to make a crossing over that ditch
and propose that if the city will furnish lumber necessary to
make the crossing which will not exceed$20 pr%25 we will put
in a crossing across the ditch free of charge and other expense
to the city. This crossing is an absolute necessary to people
living max in that vicinity. We respectfully ask that this request
be granted at once.
