Be it resolved that a new school house be built in the fifth ward and the City Engineer so at once advertise for bids on the plans and specifications heretofore ordered prepared by the council the advertisement when made [strike out] by the City Engineer in conjunction with the Finance Committee and that the bids be reported to the council at the earliest possible date

We your Com rsp recommend that the 5th Ward school be built at once as said building is most needed at this time, The 8th Ward also sadly in need of a school building and as soon as the council can see its way deem to building school building we would ask it be done
