We your Committee on Streets and Alleys, to whom was ref ferred the attached petition of Geo. W. Barnhart et al for the gravelling of Alma St., respectfully recommend that the work be done, not at the rate set forth in the petition, but at a cost of $1.00 per Cubic Yard. Grading to be done, and the entire work handled similarly to that done by Hawkins on Fifth AvE.
