Gentlemen:-

In obedience to and in compliance with the terms set
out in the written contract entered into between the City of Fort
Worth and the Parker-Washington Company of date July 16th, 1903, to
do and perform certain work on Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas, as
is more fully set out in said contract, this is to advise that the
work to be performed and the duties imposed upon the Parker-Washing-
ton Company by said contract was fully executed and completed on the
28th day of March, 1904.
