Whereas in the matter of sewerage in block one Rector's
Addition and blocks one hundred and two, one hundred and three,
City of Ft. Worth, the fall in said sewer not being sufficient:
Therefore the City of Fort Worth agrees to do all the work and
turn said sewer to the west where it can get sufficient fall:
Now, therefore we the undersigned citizens living in said
blocks agree that the City may enter upon said property and do said
work, the same to be done at the expense of the City and without any
cost to the undersigned citizens.
