Gentlemen:-

We your Committee on Finance
recommend That the City Secretary be instructed
to draw a warrant on the School fund in favor
of the State National Bond in payment of note
dated Jane 1st 1903 for $5500, and 8 percent interest
from date $275. amounting to the sum of
$5775 principal and interest. Said note having
been executed for the purpose of covering overdraft
in the school fund at that time.
