Sir:

By order of his honor the Mayor, you are hereby instructed to summon the membership of the city council to meet in special session on this day at 5 oclock p.m. Dec. 7th 1903 at city Hall to consider the City Engineer's report on Dave M. Meade contract for supplying the city with artesian water. Jno T. Montgomery

Came to hand on the 7th Day of Dec. 1903, and executed on the same day by summoning the following named Alderman - W. H. Ward - B. L. Waggoman T. F. Murray - J. F. Lehane - M. M. Lydon W. G. Newby - J. F. Henderson - F. E. Dycus - Q. T. Moreland and E. C. Orrick City Atty.

Gentlemen:

We your committee on Finance recommend That the City Secretary be authorized to draw warrants in favor of W. B. Harrison City Treas. for remittance to the Blair & Co. Fiscal Agents in New York for payment of interest due on bonds Jany 1 1904 and balance due on July 1 1903 interest as per

statement hereto attached, in the sum of $18265.
with exchange thereon 45.65
making a total of $18310.65
