We your committee on Finance recommend that the Assistant City Attorney W. W. Wilkinson be allowed a commission of 10% on Tax collections for year of 1900, and all prior years and on 1901, one percent, beginning September 1st 1903.

Gentlemen:-

We, your committee on Water Works, to whom was referred the attached petition of residents of East First street asking that the city lay about 600 feet 2 inch water mains on that street, beg to recommend that the same be granted and the superintendent of Water Works be and he is hereby instructed to lay the said two inch line.
