TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF FT WORTH TEXAS:

Gentlemen:-

Whereas I John B. Laneri, your humble petitioner and the estate of Charles A. Ginocchio deceased are the sole owners in fee simple of the entire block 97 of the Texas & Pacific addition to the City of Ft. Worth, and I, J. B. Laneri am the legal representative of said Ginocchio estate and whereas I for myself and for said estate wish to divide the said block of land differently from the way it is now divided in order that I may more readily sell the said property and whereas no other personal rights will be interfered with and the public will not be discommoded thereby; now therefore I, John B. Laneri, for myself and as the legal representative of said estate do hereby pray your honorable body to grant to me your humble petitioner the right to close the alley now running through the said block No. 97 of the Texas & Pacific addition to the city of Ft. Worth, in Tarrant County Texas.

J. B. Laneri for Myself and as Executor of the Will of Chas. A. Ginocchio, deceased
