this census includes the pupils or the
children between the ages of 8 & 16
inclusive - that our school regulations
require the admission into our
schools, pupils for 7 to 21. And
hence the preparation for quite
an increased number over
the school census -
Our total enrollment in the various
buildings show pressing necessity
for more room in the following
wards, viz the 5th, first - the 6th
ward the 9th ward and the 8th [fourth]
of relief could be given to these
wards it would tend to relieve
also the adjoining wards.
