To the Honorable City Council of the City of Fort Worth,

Gentlemen:

The members of the "Sixth Ward Parents and Teachers Club"
hereby earnestly petition your honorable body to make an appropriation
at your next regular meeting, or as early thereafter as practicable,for
the purpose of constructing a culvert along the East side of the grounds
of the Sixth Ward school building. This work is believed to absolutely
necessary to insure the permanency of the improvements around the grounds
of said building contemplated by said Club.
