Tarrant County, Texas, and do not find any deed conveying the lot
of Fahey Street No.22 on the City Assessors abstract records,and that so
far as said records show said Beauchamp is still the owner of said
property;

above described property to E.P.
Beauchamp in the yea 1895 and
in so far as I know he still ownes
said property I taked to Mr Beauchamp
a few days ago and he said he
still owned it.

sold said property or if so the
deed has not been resolved
