To the Honorable Mayor & City Council,

Gentlemen:-

Your petitioner begs
to state that he is the owner of Lot 6
Block 4 Moore Thornton & Co's Strips
and that the assessed valuation on same
for the years 1896-1897-1898=1900-1901 & 1902
is excessive and prays that it be reduced
to a valuation of $200.00 for each of those
years. The attached statement from
the Tax Collectors office shows the
assessed value for each of those
years. Also prays for remission of costs.
