Your petitioner the Mutual Home [???] Assn
desires to pay back taxes on and to redeem
from tax sale, 50 feet front on Samuels
Ave. shown by tax statement first page of abstract and
being the south 50 feet of the north 147 feet
J.L. Moore addn. This property with the balance
of the 147 feet front, that is 97 feet front,
and Lot 12 Block 2 [Gohnant] addn
and the S.E. 1/4 of Block 31 Tuckers
addition was all sold to the city under
tax sale, and by one deed in
the year 1898 on judgment rendered in 1897

The costs of court amount to $16.79
and were paid by the city.
Petitioner prays that the Mayor and
Secy be authorized to make deal to petitioner
to the 50 feet front on payment of taxes
due and are equitable portions of the
costs. For your information desire to
