To the Hono City Council

Gentlemen:-

We, your Committe on
Finance recommend That the MAyor and
City Secretary be authorized to execute the
Citys4 notes in foavor of the Neptune Meter Co
for the sum of $798.00 each dated March 15 1903
to runone two three and four years in payment
for meters purchased by the city. Said notes
to be executed in accordance with contract
between the City and said Neptune Meter Co.
