County of Tarrant.

Before me the undersigned authority on this day personally appeared
Mrs. Pauline Rintleman who after being duly sworn deposes and says
that for several years she has held as owner a vendors lien against
five and one half lots in blocks one and two Greenwoods subdivision of
Evans South addition for the sum of $550.00. and that the owner of said
lots has on several occasions up to within a year of this date offered
to transfer said lots to me for the cancellation of said lien. That
the lots referred to are as good smooth lots as there are in said
addition.
