Gentlemen:

The School Board have requested that an additional room be built
for the Eighth Ward School. They seem to be greatly pressed for room, and
to need relief.

I respectfully suggest that Mayor, School Committee and City Engr
be authorised to build a proper room , at a cost of not to exceed$500.00,
said room to be of such character as to be easily saleable after abandoned
for school purposes.
