To the Honorable, the City Council
of the City of Fort Worth, Texas:

You petitioner respectfully represent that the health of the cit-
izens living on Jennings Avenue and Grainger Streets, near the points
of intersection of same unknown word with Oleander Street, is endangered
because of there being no sewer adjacent to their property with which
they can connect, and that they are otherwise greatly inconvenienced
by reason thereof.

The City Engineer informs your petitioners that a connection can be
made with the sewer at the intersection of May and Oleander Streets, and
can be brought thence West along Oleander Street to a point midway be-
tween Hemphill and May Streets.

Your petitioners are very desirous of having said sewer constructed
along the route indicated, and respectfullyask that the same be ordered
done at the earliest time practicable, and as in duty bound your peti-
tioners will ever pray, etc.
