Dear Sir:-

You are hereby notified that your house on part of Blaock 69 of
the City of Fort Worth, in Tarrant County, Texas, has been erected
and now stands over the natural course of the hollow or gully that
drains surface water from the West to the East across said Block 69,
and that a part of the supports for the said house are planted di-
rectly within the said hollow or gully and in the natural couse or
current of any water flowing therein, so that with the first and
every suceeding heavy rain that falls in Fort Worth, the surface
water draining across said Block will strike the suports of the said
house and will endanger its safety and put all occupants in peril.
Therefore, you are notified that the position of the said house and
of its supports is unsafe and dangerous, and that, if the same be
continued as they now stand, it must be at your, own, sole risk and
peril.
