that this city council of the city of Fort Worth
respectflly and earnestly requests
Governor Jas D. Sayers to approve not to veto the
said bill and therefore leave the
city helpless to carry on the city gov't
in conforminty with the requirements
of its present charter

Resolved further that the secretary
so hereby instructed at once forward a
copy of this resolution to Governor
