If you should honor me with
the appointment I shall give
the position my best thought and

with the other officers of the City in
the Enforcements of the laws of your
city & state, and will at all times pressure
that dignity and decorum which
will serve for the corporation court
that standing and respect as a court
of Justice which rightfully belongs
to it, and which is enjoyed by the county
and District courts. I am aware
that the duties of this office will
