Fort Worth, Texas, May 18 1900 "Be it Resolved, That the City Attorney be instructed to proceed to collect of the Estate of J.P. Nicks [We, Your Committee,] and his bondsmen the amount paid out by the City in the suit of Mrs. Ward vs. City, for the salary of her husband who had been the City Plumber - Said amounts so paid out amounting to $78.90 as per statement of the City Auditor"

We, Your Committee, on Finance, after carefully considering the matter would recommend that A.G. Rintleman be awarded Certificates for improvements on Main Street - just as other property owners are, and that the action of Council heretofore taken in this matter be rescinded.

We, Your Committee, on Finance recommend that the Report of Jno. T. Montgomery City Secretary showing Pound fees collected during the month of April 1900 amounting to $70.00 be approved, same having been examined by the City Auditor found correct and funds lodged with the City Treasurer.
