Be it Resolved,

We, Your Committee, on Finance, to whom was referred the
Petition of Jno B. Hawley City Engineer, asking for the purchase
of a buggy or wagon and harness for his department,
after due consideration, would respectfully report
that owing to the condition of our finances, we
recommend that same be not allowed at this time.
