To the Hon. Mayor and the Hon. Board of Alderman of the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas.
Gentlemen,
On March 17th 1897, a judgement was rendered in cause #13354 City of Fort Worth vs T. F. White pending in the district Court of Tarrant County, Texas foreclosing a lien for taxes due the City for the year 1895. upon lots 19 and 10. block 15. Union Depot Additiom. That under said judgment and by virtue thereof an order of sale was issued on June 11th 1897. and the aforesaid lots were sold to the CIty on the 1st Tuesday in July 1897. and the sheriff dee has been placed on record. and. Recorded in Vol 136 page 145. Records of deeds of TArrant County, Texas.
T.F. White the owner of said lots has subsequent to said sale paid the taxes for 1895. and all Taxes subsquently accuring as per collector. Certificate hereto attached.
Petition prays that your Hon body will pass a resolution authorizing his Honor The Mayor and the City Secretary to execute a quit claim deed on behalf.
