Gentlemen:-

We, your committee on Water Works, respectfully recommend that license be granted to G.S. Frazee to do plumbing, he having complied with the laws governing same and filed an approved bond as required.

To the Honorable Water Works Committee: Gentlemen:

In compliance with Section 35 of the Water Works Rules and Regulations I hereby make application for License to follow the businesses or occupation of Plumber, in connection with the City Water Mains and Sewers, subject to all Ordinance and Rules and Regulation governing same.

State of Texas.

County of Tarrant.

City of Fort Worth. Whereas G. S. Frazzee has been by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth duly licensed to do plumbing work within the corporate limits of said city, and whereas the city council of said city requires all persons so licensed to execute to the city a bond in the sum of $1500.00 with certain conditions. Now, therefore know all men by these presents that we Frazee as principals and G.L. Gause, W.R. McLaury & D.M. La Croix, as sureties all of Tarrant county Texas do hereby acknowledge ourselves jointly crossed out word and severally bound to pay to the city of Fort Worth at Fort Worth Tarrant county Texas the sume of $1500.00. The condition of the above obligation i s such that if the above bounden Frazee shall well and truly perform all plumbing work done by virtue of th license granted him by said city in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Fort Worth City Water Works now in force or may hereafter be adopted pertaining to the same, also in accordance with the ordinance of the city and shall pay to the city of the Fort Worth all damages that may occur to the sewer or property of the city by reason of any plumbing workdone by Frazee and also all fines penalties, and forf eitures, that may arise my reason of the violation of any of the ordinances of the city or any rules and regulations of the City Water Works,an alsompay all damages that occur for which the city may be held liable i n any manner to any person or persons by reason of the o negligence of said Frazee his servants and agents in tearing p up streets, alleys, sidewalks of said city and leaving the same unguarded or unprotected or in bad condition. Then this obligation shall become null and void, other wise to remain in full force and effect. This bond shall not become void after recovery upon the same.
