Whereas the Electric Ordiaance recently passed by this Council will soon be in effect, and
Whereas the City Electricians duties are such that it will be imposible for him to inforce said ordinaance without assistance therefore
Be it Resolved that the City Electrician be and he is hereby empowered to emply a competent assistance at a montly salary not to exceed $60.00 per month.
