Be it resolved,

We, Your Committee, on Finance recomment that the city
Assessor & and Collector, be authorized and instructed
to issue tax receipts to W.A. Darter on lots
8,9,10,11 & 17 Block 5 City of Fort Worth for
years 1892, 1893, 1894, 1895 & 1896. and that
the city Auditor be instructed to give him
credit for same. The taxes having been
paid to the city Treasurer by the City
Attorney in settlement of Judgment in
case 14333 City of Ft Worth vs W.A. Sarter etm
in Dist Court of Tarrant County
