To the Mayor and City Council
Gentlemen-
Having heretofore been over assessed and a judgment having been rendered against me in the 48th District Court of Tarrant Co. for certain taxes due the city of Ft. Worth in the sum of $427.44 dollars now, on account of said over assessment, I ask that you authorize your city attorney to accept the sum of $200.00 dollars in payment of said judgment, believing said amount to be a full compenstation for said taxes.
