To the Honorable the Chairman of the Board of Health, FORT WORTH, TEXAS:

I have the honor to make the following Report of Contagious Deseases and of the deaths which occurred therefrom, at this place, during the week ended _________________ 189___

I would must respectfully recommend that the commissions as special Policeman of Frank Bryant who was appointed at Holland Theater and John Kennedy who was appointed special Policeman at the Ft. Worth & Denver R R yard Be Revoked

Fort Worth, Texas, June 7th 1898. the city

Whereas in the opinion of the City Council of Fort Worth the walls of that building commonly known as One story brick building at the corner of Front and Houston Sts, on Lots Eight Block B.1. Daggetts add city of Fort Worth is liable to fall down, and endanger property and are un -safe and highly dangerous to life and property, therefore, Be it resolved by the City Council of said city that the owners, of said Brick Building and the agents of said owners, and each of said owners, and agents, be, and they are hereby ordered to take down Brick Building lot eight block B.1. Daggetts Add within ten days after notice of this resolution, and order shall have been served upon them, or either of them. It is further ordered that the City Marshal of said city of Fort Worth shall forthwith proceed to serve upon said owners, and agents of said building and each of them a certifird copy of this resolution, and order, and a written notice requiring them and each of them to remove said Brick Building within ten days from time of serving said notice.
