How To dry Apricoks:
Take Apricoks before they be to ripe the cleare =st without spots and pare them very y y give y a slit on the side and scald then in wat y take halfe the weight of y in sugar and make a syrrup for y & let y stand upon y warme embers a while heat y every 3 days togeth then drayn y from that syrrup and make anoth sirrup for y boyled to a candy haight then put y in and let y be covered all over w sirrup three days then heat y sirrup and lay y out into a stor to dry a pound requirs apound & half of sugar;
How to make a Seed=cake:
