chop them smal & boyle them in may Butter put in a sponful of mace
strain it & put in a little saffron beaten
For an Ach or numnes or lamenes in the Armes
The Ashes of Ashen wood steep them all night in water power of the
cleerest boyle in it sage rosemary camomile bays each a Handf &
with Flannel or cotton dipt in it bath & foment the Armes as one
cooles dip another for halfe an hower then wipe it very dry &
wrap it up warme so doe every night til the party be well

make cakes with Aque vitte & wheat Flower & lay to each wrist one
raw not baked & within the bending of the Arme wher they let
blood bind them hard on an hower before a fitt
